While ELA is successfully installed in a wide range of applications, our
clients within the insurance industries represent our primary vertical
market. ComCom Systems, Inc. first installed ELA to process HCFA 1500 in
1994. Since then, the product line has expanded to include imaging,
COLD, and EDI components which are in use at major hospitals and third
party administrators throughout the United States. Insurance claim
forms processing has become a significant vertical market for ComCom
over the past decade. Each installation has provided valuable feedback
to improve the functionality and efficiency of ELA. With each client,
our installation and support teams have become more knowledgeable in not
only the breadth of industry challenges, but the best practices
solutions for those challenges as well.

Employee Benefit Management Services (EBMS) uses the ELA form processing system to increase their data entry processing to an average of 1000 claims per operator.
