We've developed a tool which automates the clean up and maintenance of lookup databases. It finds potential duplicates in a database, and presents them for review. This increases the accuracy of a database review as well as reduces the labor required to clean databases.

In addition to the initial database review, Pure Info automates the incremental review process. Changes, additions, and deletions in the lookup database are detected and checked for potential matches. The updated lookup database(s) are re-indexed and changes are incorporated into subsequent recognition. Thresholds may be set to allow database changes to be applied automatically, or reviewed by an operator, so that once the database is clean, it stays clean.

Most importantly, you can perform this cleanup WITHOUT CHANGES TO YOUR CORE BUSINESS DATABASES. Cleaned databases may be used for recognition and pick lists. Changes to the core member or provider databases are automatically incorporated with the incremental review process.
